Me As Emily Dickinson

Women's History at Sacramento Poetry Center
Wendy Williams hosted the Women's History event at Sacramento Poetry Center in which I portrayed Poet Emily Dickinson. Emily Elizabeth Dickinson (December 10, 1830 – May 15, 1886) was an American poet. Born in Amherst, Massachusetts, to a successful family with strong community ties, she lived a mostly introverted and reclusive.. Emily was really excited about all our modern technology and especially like texting! Here is a sample of "her" performance with her poet friend Jennifer helping out.
