May 28th from 6-7:30 at the Ella K. McClatchy Library, 2112 22nd St., Sacramento, Ca 95818.  What did Sylvia Plath, George Sand, John Dos Passos and D. H. Lawrence have in common besides the fact they were all exceptional writers? Sable & Quill writers invite you to find out. Jennifer Pickering, Jo Ann Anglin, Tim McHargue, Sue Owens Wright, Kimberly White, and Mike Pickering will read selections from their writing featured in the anthology entitled, the Sable & Quill v.1. The Sable and Quill v.1 features writers literary and visual art work. A multi-media presentation of writer’s art work will accompany the reading. The event takes place. Other readings are planned featuring additional contributors to the anthology. The Sable and Quill v.1, funded in part by the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission, will be available for purchase at the reading.
